Bgy. Hall Budgeted at 1M

Municipal Agriculturist of Initao Tata Carbonilla said that the new funds allocated for the barangay Hall of San Pedro is one million pesos. It was seven hundred thousand but there was an increase, he said.

"The congressman increased it".

When asked about its construction, Carbonilla said this will be this year not as announced that this will be next year.

Other projects for San Pedro are ongoing as additional school building, road cementing and water pump installations are already in-place and will soon be completed, he said.

Police Chief on-Leave

The Observer was informed yesterday that Initao's Station Commander Police Inspector Ramel Amatiaga is on paternal leave, for his wife had just delivered their first child.

He is out for three days and by Monday, the informant said, he will report back to station and resume duties.

When asked from where is he, the informant answered, "Bukidnon".

3M Debt Denied

Initao Vice Mayor Gogoy Acain said yesterday that how good is it if true that he was lent three million pesos by someone. This was when the Observer happened to talk to him at the Municipal Hall when he was about to go on official travel.

It was said that Susan Balabat of Tawantawan lent him the amount at the height of last year's local election when the mayoraly was contested by non-incumvents in the persons of Cesar Orquillas and the Vice Mayor's wife Allen Acain.
