Dr. Elmer Sayre said, to be Mayor of Initao is not easy. This was because, he reasoned, very very expensive and for his wife to aspire for that position is not practical.
Sayre pointed out, you loose money everyday like what the Mayor or Vice Mayor go through these days.
He said, the people here has become habitual and calous in asking money from the Mayor that they could not just swallow and follow it.
So for his wife, being Kagawad means less headache, he added.
