COURT HEARING TOMORROW
Si Mrs. Belen Saavedra, usa sa mga prime movers sa suporta sa kaso ni Jun Ramos, Chairman sa Civil Society Organization nga nag-atubang ug mga sumbong sa pagpakaulaw, gipasaka sa pipila ka mga Board of Directors sa MORESCO 1. Sigun sa nahibaloan, aduna na siyay manlalaban alang sa korte ug ugma puhon dire sa Initao sa Branch 44 himoon ang husay kanila ug mahibaloan sa publiko unsa ang nagpaluyo niining tanan. Si Nang Belen nangagni sa uban sa pagtambong ugma aron matin-awan unsa diay kamahinugdanon kini nga ksao alang sa mga sakop/membro-konsumidor sa MORESCO 1.

SAME CASE-TWO COURTS OK?
MORESCO 1 Crusader Jun Ramos, says he is accused with same case in two courts, one in Branch 44, Initao and RTC Branch 18 Cagayan de Oro. This was in connection with his head on collision with some of MORESCO's BOARD OF DIRECTORS who, he says, are abusing discretion with regards to funds-on income and expenditures. This is pure harassment, he says.

CRUSADE-GOING ON?
If Muslim-Christian war has been history and now recurring elsewhere, inside MORESCO 1 there is one war declared and it's likely simmering to the hilt. This is in the light of Jun Ramos' letter dated 15 sent to the President Melvyn Eballe requesting for clarification on matters of income of the coop, expenditures, etc., 2012-2013. And the Observer was informed that Ramos is facing court cases involving board of directors that are said ran over by him standing on their way. Consumer/member Vimin Lozano said that Ramos needs the support of the membership for he is fighting for their rights.

SC, POBLACION-NO BUILDING
Initao Federation President of senior citizens Willifreda Echavez told the Observer Tuesday that Willy Zalsos SC President did not and is not doing what he should do to avail of the privilege of having a building of their own where they would meet and have their privacies getting held there. This probably due to Zalsos's political stand as an opposition member, she pointed out, that he doesn't go to see municipal officials that are empowered to help facilitate budget disposal for the building. "Poblacion does not have a building while other barangays have", Echavez said.

BUILDING FOR EVERY BARANGAY PLANNED
Senior Citizens in their respective barangays are entitled to one building of their own, said Gardel Velasco, secretary for Senior Citizen federation of Initao. this afternoon in their office, Gardel said that people from the commission of senior citizen's affairs came here and told them each barangay must have one and Poblacion was known by them does not have its own. they were told to pass a proposal to obtain funding, Gardel said.

DAYS OFF-LONGER
Elementary grade teacher Charity R. Colenares told parents during a homeroom PTA meeting that her pupils will have a longer weekend for she was scheduled by her doctor to undergo thorough physical exam being diabetic and pregnant. She was out last Thursday and no classes for her pupils and last Friday was Teachers day and the folowing Monday that is today is one Muslim holiday. Colenares reminded parents that their children might go to school-ask for BAON, and just play there instead-not helping parents in their homes. "We will meet on Tuesday", she told the parents.

4.8M TANK CONSTRUCTION ON
Cong. Juliet Uy's people here are implementing programs for her, and her Municipal Coordinator Richard Go told the Observer yesterday that that new Water Tank getting constructed near Gimangpang's bridge is worth 4.8M. The Barangay Chair said this tank will be able supply water to Gimangpang consumers when finished. Go also said that they have the same source as that of their old water system that long ago needed rehab. He pointed out though that under Cong. Uy, this can be utilized to the maximum for their utilization.
