ELECTORAL ABUSE SEEN

The recently concluded Barangay elections here showed the people municipal officials' abuse of discretion more of authority by rigging results in favour of their choice candidates using money, influence and even intimidation. People heard these:"naa mi mga abugado, mosukol mi'g kaso".
