FILING OF COCs ENDED
There were yet some few filers when the Observer went in the COMELEC office after five pm and it was very quiet somewhat solemn. This must be because there were no clear opposition to challenge the incumbents that did theirs in the morning. There was one who said, "tua pa nagsabot sila aron si Gogoy way contra". This was when the name Roel Bagares was mentioned. He was said to run for mayor. Final tally of people who filed COCs will be published and known tomorrow.

PREPARATION IS NOW
It's the fact even truth, politicians, we voters are at the preparation level that decisions by them and of us will be at the scrutiny whether these are positive or otherwise. You see filing of certificates of candidacies is forthcoming and we will certainly know who are our choices to take positions to led us to nowhere. Initaonons be certain, sit down very well and ponder this well whom you choose to led you the next three years.
