Down some canals and embamkments these are there and too many to collect and mind you these are getting very very serious so that every night passing means another sacks of them will be thrown there.
The Chief CVO of the Barangay said, they are trying to identify people doing this, but witnesses are uncooperative they don't tell and keep their tongues tied.
They are monitoring, he said,and is hopeful they will catch garbage dumpers at the right moment. San Pedro Bgy.Chairman Karel Carbonilla said this is indeed one big problem because,she said the town is no longer has a landfill. The Chairman of Bgy.Oguis she added. no longer permit garbage to be dumped there.
