He pointed out the illegal drug abuse that youngsters and even adults engage and even indulge is really worrisome. "Unsa man kahay kaugmaon ning akong mga apo?", the retiree asked. And he also pointed out other crimes known committed here that bigger question is asked what would Initao ten years from now if this problem continues?
