THE BIG FOUR KNOWN
Ex-Kag. Pepito Gambe said that this time, they are yet four making their project run on coco-sugar. His co-producers include Francis Balabat, Asterio Lagas, and a certain Nonoy Eviota who he also said, their source of coco-dwarf variety that he sells in Gimangpang. His coco-juice producing dwarf trees are from him, and that his SKs (saka-kanaug) are not so much burdened going up and down them for those varieties are not like the local ones that stand over 20 feet. The highest coco-tree he has, is only one, he said.

COCO-SUGAR PRODUCTION ON
In a chance meeting this afternoon by the roadside of his residence in Canilawan, Ex-SP Member Pepito Gambe told the Observer that their production of coco-sugar is on-going, and although yet meager it is growing towards their goal of bulk production. They still have two kilns, he said, that are making their moves steadier, and with two SKs, whom he calls (SAKA-KANAUG) (mga mananguete) that round the coconuts four times in a day for the juices, the supply for conversion is a little bit even. They are necessary though not from the local pools of SKs. A hundred twenty kilos yet of coco-sugar is their daily production this days. "Marketing, no problem", Gambe said.

FINANCERS KNOWN
The Observer's informant who recently tipped him said that four residents of Initao are financing the Tuba/coco-sugar production that is now on-going in Sitio Canilawan, Bgy. San Pedro, this town. The informant said, this financers are allocated a quota-like portion of the bulk intended for export by a Balingasag based producer. They are making this project big-expanding, he continued, and possibly to spearhead this in the locality. He was given over half a kilo of the sugar and it tasted good. He was told that it is lower in sweet content and that it is good for diabetics. And when that was about coming to nothing, he asked to buy but instead he was told just to inform the manager and he will have that for free. The financers are Pepito Gambe, Francis Balabat, Asterio Lagas and one JohnDoe.

MENTORS RESIGNING
A student who does not like his name named here told the Observer yesterday that instructors from MSU-IIT will no longer teach next year when Initao College opens for the school year 2015-2016. This, he said, was due to manueverings they saw hurting the education system-students of IC who were not deserving to pass and graduate were negotiated and were graduated. Three influencial women,Belen Saavedra, Vemin Lozano and Ancing Tan moved for the said students to be considered and parents of the students were said went to the mayor's office for intervention, and they got what they wanted. Added to this, the student continued, is the ambition of a doctorate graduate here to take over administration of IC. The Observer is bent on seeing this people involved and the board of Trustees.

The local NCIP (National Commissiom of Indigenous People) of Initao is nearly a decade long of negotiations with officials here has not been funded. Datu Jake, local chieftain told the Observer that it was 2007 that he submitted papers required for funding as required by law, still those have not been acted on, and he has been a JO all along since then! On the situation that the local admin of the mayor does not have even a single opposition in the SB, why is this that he remained as that, given a more token for a lot that is his, theirs the indigenous people of Initao? He said he doubts, no opposition, this might be all "opposition".
