COURT HEARINGS-MORE EXPENSIVE
To spend a thousand pesos is rather ok than going to court to correct wrong entries on Birth Certificates, says Initao LCR Isaias Jarales. This was what he said Monday in his office upon inquiry by the Observer. His estimate expenses is about seven thousand pesos, this is due to fare in going to CDO and back, add to that your meal and photocopying of documents that must be sent to the Philippines Statistics Authority-Manila. And the results are now faster compared to the then six months to one year waiting for the corrected documents to get back, he said.
CORRECTING ENTRIES-STILL EXPENSIVE
If you have problem like my daughter who is male in her birth certificate, it is most likely you'd spend one sizable amount of money to make the change. Filing fee for changing entries for errors in BCs is Php3,000.00, said Isaias Jarales, Initao's Local Civil Registrar.

In his office last Monday when the Observer inquired on the subject, Jarales listed nine requirements to be submitted to his office; Birth Cetificate, Baptismal, police clearance, NBI,earliest school records, Medical records, medical certificate, certificate of employment, and Marriage certificate at 3 copies each!
And upon submission, payment has been paid at the Treasurer's office plus 3 sets of additional papers which he will furnish to be attached, and then publication of the said change in the local newspaper.

IT'S A CITIZENSHIP CHANGE
Being born again is actually one citizenship change, from being a citizen of heaven to become a citizen of heaven involving genetic change-from the Adamic to Christ-like qualifying heavenly status when God completes approval on man, and going one temporary drawback-getting alienated from the earth, made as eternal dweller of His heavenly realms.

BORN AGAIN-HEAVENLY TRIP
If this teaching is fully absorbed by people who understand it right and with inspiration of God, being born again is actually one trip to heaven. In the context with the whole program of God for man, this is just one big leap for mankind. After the Eden debacle, when Father Adam sinned there another Adam(the Lord Jesus) came to institute reversal and restoration of privileges that included life eternal. From being mortal to immortal, from death to life, from darkness to light, from manly to Godly and from being earthy to being heavenly.
