Libertad and Gitagum have no postal offices. This was known by the Observer this morning when mail was sent through the local office of Philippine Postal Corporation here in Initao. Libertad and Gitagum do not have offices like this, you have to go to Laguindingan, then El Salvador to mail your letter or send packages there.
