DISTRIBUTION-VERY SLOW

Pensions of Senior Citizens here were distributed yesterday on a system not good for people who have already gone to advanced ages 60 and above. They were there by the Senior Citizens Affairs building earlier than 8:00am and continued to gather to twelve noon down to past 6pm. The ones later given were already complaining. The Observer was there and it was a systems defect that was noticed. It has to be changed for the old folks' convenience.
