GSIS and MELODY ALMEDA FACEOFF

This morning, Philippine Postal Corporation gave Melody Almeda a letter from the office of the Ombudsman Cagayan de Oro informing her of a February 7 conference with GSIS personnel on her nearly one year retirement benefit that is not given to her even this day. She retired January 23 last year and had been waiting this long and she got notice of deducting from her benefit of a loan she knows long been paid by her.
