The report received by the Observer that the mayor was not here a week already is not just true. This Tuesday morning the Observer saw Mayor Gogoy at the lobby of the municipal hall, greeted him and he responded "Good Morning". Kag. Eusebio Waslo said the mayor was in Cebu, her mother-in-law being under treatment in a hospital there.
