Our source who does not like identified here said 180K was given Wednesday to the heirs of Lucio Paglinawan Sy victim of what was at first hit and run but witnesses said ran over Tuesday night in Jampason by a muslim who was apprenhended in Naawan by authorities. Witnesses said that Sy who was coming home from a barrio fiesta begged for his life after his motorcycle with a carrier was hit and he was thrown over by the road. The muslim veered back his vehicle sensing that Sy was still alive and he was ran over and over and was made sure dead, witnesses said.
