EMPLOYEES WITH PENDING CASES CANNOT RUN?

Recently, in his Canilawan farm, Ex-Kagawad Peping Gambe told the Observer that local employees who are at retirement ages and eying to run for local posts after are not eligible if they have pending court cases especially with the office of the Ombudsman and are therefore disqualified.
