MASTER-NEW PROV ROD
Unconfirmed report says that Atty. Cepriano "Master" Ratunil is the new Chief of MisOr provincial Register of Deeds. The report also says that what could have tanspired was a new one was to assume office when an agreement was reach that Ratunil instead take that, and the city ROD possession he vacated.
