ON PAYING DEBTS

The USA is said having the debt amounting to 17 Trillion US Dollars, the Philippines has 51 Billion, and people of sorts have in various ways incur debts that have become bad debts-left unpaid and then never get paid. For the Apostle Paul, debts must be paid. Romans 13.8 He says, "Let no debt remain outstanding...." If you continue reading that and meditate, He meant, we must, because it is one command-law based-the law of love, "Love your neighbor as yourself", and therefore needs fulfillment. If the USA with all its resources can no longer pay its debt, it is not willing.... unlike the PH, under Pinoy's admin, was able reduce the nation's debt to 51.1 Billion from 51.4 US Dollars, so that Germany is said borrowed from us. For Christians, Debt paying must be a matter of habit-of character.
