OBSERVER DISLOCATED

It was nearly a month that the Observer could not access this account. Home PC is no longer accessible, authorized dislocation was the cause. We had to find options and here we are at the internet cafe. We no longer stay in one location to post/publish anything to inform our followers. We will include pictures soon-expect this.
