In his office this morning, Local Civil Registrar of Initao Harry Bagares said that there are more births than deaths this year, as their report/records show.
As of October 4, Bagares pointed out, there are already over a thousand births reported by hospitals, clinics, trained hilots here, and only 119 deaths recorded. On why there seems to be daily burials in the cemeteries here, Bagares said that those are Initaonons who lived somewhere but relatives chose them to be buried here, added to this, some casualties from accidents here and elsewhere.
About people in Initao getting married or marrying, their record shows 150plus and by December, their estimate may hit 200, He said.
