What the Observer recently learned here from victims of break-ins is that children as young as six years were made to enter residences via shoulders of adults.
What they saw running away to exits thieves made, were children guided through and into a waiting vehicle that they say not from this place.
Bliss, San Pedro went through this last year and a repeat this month this year which resident and victim Dr. Elmer Sayre had his window jalousies fingerprinted. What results he got, he said, were fingerprints of children.
