Election result recount complaint of defeated chairmanship candidate Vicente Jajalla against the winner and incumbent chairman Virgilio Magallanes was recently dismissed by Initao Municipal Circuit Trial Court (MCTC) Judge Hazel Perez.
The Observer learned this anew from Melody Almeda, MCTC Clerk of Court, who said that the complaint was dismissed for "lack of merit". Requirements were not complete. Papers, supporting documents were not fully met, thus resulted dismissal of the case.
Jajalla is said and overheard saying to appeal his complaint.
