BALURAN DECLINED TO COMMENT

In his home this afternoon, the Observer was given the chance to ask ex-budget officer of Initao Rudy Baluran some simple questions about the town's current events. what he did was to excuse himself from controversies that may arise if he extend and give his opinions on topic as being politically correct. He only cited his accomplishments when he was still in his prime working in the local government, and that "What I did there and then, let them speak for themselves", he said.
