This to make IOs remember the motto: "WE OBSERVE TO SERVE". To move even a little from just being a member, as observers, we move towards becoming participants. And as such, we are expected to know what your observations are of Initao-in your sorroundings, your sitios, your barangays, your officials and almost everything, take note and let us know. Email us and we will share information with Initaonons here and abroad. And INITAO OBSERVER is open to comments. We encourage good ones and constructive. we build up not destroy.
