Senator Miriam Santiago's description of kliptocracy is only of the hands, but corruption is of the head, the eyes, hands, feet, everything, Mr. Alavanza said. The seriousness of this, he emphasized, is seemingly for him impossible to be remedied. And on being politically correct, "it depends on who make the comments and what/where he stands for", he said.
