George Quitoriano, PDP-LABAN municipal chairman of Initao told the Observer this morning while on his way to Iligan City to submit his report about the Basic Membership Seminar that was held in Apas yesterday. He hinted that that was a success and he said 53 residents of this town went through it. And as usual, the subject of Federalism was the main topic. Soon like the others who went through that, they will receive their IDs and certificates.
