LANGUAGE OF SILENCE

Silent preaching is one effective way of influencing people to listen to things about God. Look, unlike lawyers, accountants do their job in great silence! Now how is this related with our topic? Here are the answers: 1. Silent preaching is more doing than talking; 2. It is more seen than heard; 3. It is ever positively talked about than getting gossiped. Preaching silently then, as the Lord points out, has an effect that reaches heaven! Why, God the Father is getting glorified? Read what He says, "....let your light so shine before men that they may see your good deeds, and glorify your Father who is in heaven"(Matt. 5:16). Lawyers do many talking in court rooms to win cases, but accountants do accountings on their tables, writing pads, etc. silently, effectively and efficiently. And Christ's witnesses,followers are either like lawyers or like accountants. It is in their gifting that they preach Christ. Which is which, they preach Christ alright. And more people are getting drawn to God by the Holy Spirit who operates with great silence through His people who utilizes that language making preaching effective and efficiently done.
