ACCESS GRANTED

This morning in Initao MPS the Observer negotiated with the Acting Chief of Police to access their Blotter, and Police Senior Inspector Mohammad Arthur Sakiran approved. "Kadto ra black ayaw to pink", he reminded. The ones for public consumption not those that are classified.
