BOBOY HASN'T BEEN INSTALLED

Even as of this time Boboy Tacbobo has not been installed as Chairman of Aluna. It's been known of court's decision having him won the election, and the sheriff was instructed to implement the writ of execution still he has not been sworn in. Again delaying rear guard action on the part of the administration and DILG is noticeably in this. They are delaying justice thus this is justice denied.
